Hi WanderBrush family,

Just a quick update and a huge thank you for being so patient and supportive it honestly means everything.

The first batch of samples started landing at shipping depots in most countries, so if you were selected to trial WanderBrush, keep an eye on your inbox Australia Post should’ve sent you a tracking email. We started sending out a couple of weeks ago, so some parcels may arrive at different times depending on your location.

We had so many of you put your hand up to test and give feedback (we’re so grateful!), and while we couldn’t send one to everyone, we’ve decided to send 10 extra WanderBrushes to a few more of you. We’ll post another update once those are all received.

This is such a big step and we can’t wait to hear what you think. Your feedback is going to help us deliver WanderBrush to all backers successfully!!!

URGENT UPDATE MUST READ: Manufacturing Complete!!!

Hey WanderBrush family,

Thank you for your incredible patience and support! We’re excited to share that manufacturing is complete, and we’re almost ready to ship your WanderBrush! Before we send them out, we want to ensure everything meets our high standards.

Quick Update:

• Manufacturing is done, and everything is ready.  We’re doing a final quality check.

• No charges have been made yet for shipping (from BackerKit survey). We won’t process any payments until we’re shipping out rewards.

• We need your help! We’re sending 20-30 samples to backers who can test WanderBrush and provide feedback via a short survey. Shipping and the sample are on us!

You’ll receive a blue WanderBrush and a feedback form. Once we receive your feedback, we’ll ship your final order in your chosen color and all rewards to our backers.

Interested in testing? Comment below! We’re shipping by Friday, so let us know ASAP!!!

Hello WanderBrush family,

I'm absolutely thrilled to share that WanderBrush 2.0 is now ready for delivery! As a third time Kickstarter creator, I’ve encountered my fair share of obstacles. From designing and testing well over 130 prototypes to navigating unexpected six-figure moulding costs due to my innovative new 8-part modular design – including the lid, brush head, silicone valve, 3-piece modular twist mechanism, stopper, and seal. To put it into perspective, a standard toothbrush consists of only one part. No short cut was taken, and no expense spared to ensure the vision and quality I had in mind for WanderBrush 2.0

This has been quite the journey, one with great challenges that at times I didn’t think I was going to make it through. I want you to know your support and anticipation for WanderBrush has been my guiding light through every challenge and difficulty that seemed almost impossible to overcome. To abandon this project, and you my loyal backers, was never even a consideration for me. 

WanderBrush is ready to be your trusty companion on all your adventures, and mine too! Together, we've created something truly exceptional and one-of-a-kind. WanderBrush 2.0 owes its existence to you, and I express my heartfelt gratitude for your patience, support, and belief in WanderBrush and trusting me as a creator.

I am over the moon to share that I am ready to fulfil my due diligence as a creator here on Kickstarter, and not just deliver, but deliver to your quality standard. 

Update on Colors & Replacement Heads:

• I’ve introduced a new colourway, Sunset Pink (the sample shown in the video is in the new Sunset Pink color). The other colorways include our calming Ocean Blue, Tropical Green and Arctic White. 
• Replacement WanderBrush head refills will be offered at a discounted price in the survey. 
• Each WanderBrush kit will include a complimentary cleaning brush, because WanderBrush is made for REFILL, not landfill.

What's Next?

1. Backer Survey: Keep your eyes peeled for the survey landing in your inbox shortly. This is where you'll be able to select your desired colour and provide your shipping address. 

• Shipping: To help me cover the increased costs of manufacturing and shipping, there will be a flat rate $12 USD collected through the survey. I wanted to keep it fair for all backers. This will cover the pick pack fees, freight fees, warehouse labour and shipping materials so I am able to deliver.

1. Production: With the moulds for WanderBrush 2.0 now ready, full-scale production will commence after we have received your colour choices via the survey. 
2. Delivery: Rewards will be shipped via tracked post as soon as your rewards reach our 3PL. We’ve used the same 3PL for our previous Kickstarter projects and they have been excellent in delivering rewards safely. 
   
   Delivery of your rewards is my top priority now. Keep a lookout for the survey. We did it! 🙂
